We will be making our second outing of the year at Bath & West show on Saturday. Hopefully we will add to our rosette collection....

Our first visit to the Devon County show and we were most impressed, it was a lovely show -  good cattle facilities and thankfully the weather stayed fine. All in all a good show, there was a lot of interest in the Lowlines and there are now a lot more people out there that know all about Lowlines, where they have come from and the benefits of the breed!

Home again home again.....

This showing business is tiring !

Home safely from the show if a little tired - both cattle & handlers ! One last rosette today for Logan in the young handlers competition  - its not easy with such a young calf, he is only a month old and though small not used to the whole showing malarky so quite difficult to handle and  show perfectly. He will soon get the hang of it and improve as the show season progress's.

A successful morning in the show ring - all animals got a rosette! Up against breeds such as Longhorn, Murray Grey, Galloway, Speckled Park & Irish Moil so the little unknown lowlines did well.

The cattle are all washed and polished ready to head to Devon county show where we will be showing on Thursday and have cattle on display till the show ends on Saturday - come along and meet the lowlines and find out more about them!
